Vietnam Tourist Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your passport, or provide a clear color copy you valid Passport
The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure from the country. Additionally, it should contain at least one blank visa page (both front and back), regardless of whether the visa is stamped inside the physical passport or provided as a Loose-Leaf (e-Visa).
• 1 Fully completed Visa Application Form (link provided below)
• 1 Passport photograph
• Copy of airline reservation
• Copy of hotel reservation. If staying with friends or family an invitation letter from host, and copy of Vietnam ID or passport is required
• For minors under the age of 18, a clear copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
• For Non - US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (see below)

Vietnam Business Visa
• Visa is required
• Copy of airline reservation
• Submit your passport, or provide a clear color copy you valid Passport

• A signed, stamped Letter of Invitation from host company in Vietnam. The Invitation Letter should be on the company letterhead.
• A Business Letter from the U.S. company (optional)
• For Non - US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (see below)

Consular Fees
Tourist or Business e-Visa
$390.00 (Includes Consular and Processing Fees) - 7 to 8 Business Days Turnaround Time
Ultra Rush Processing - 2 Business Days Processing Time
Visa will be processed at the embassy, can be stamped inside the passport, or issued as a Loose Leaf Visa which should be stapled inside your passport.
Please note: for Ultra Rush Processing, in addition to the consular fees below, there will be Ambassador Passport and Visa service fees listed below this section.

Tourist or Business Visa Single Entry Valid For One Month - $150.00
Tourist or Business Visa Multiple Entry Valid For One Month - $200.00
Tourist or Business Visa Single Entry Valid For Three Months - $200.00
Tourist or Business Visa Multiple Entry Valid For Three Months - $250.00
Consular Fees are payable by money order or cashier's check only (which Ambassador Passport can purchase on your behalf)
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees

Shipping to and from the consulate - $96.00 ($48.00 x 2)
The processing times do not include the day the required documents are received.
There is a charge of $20.00 each to obtain money orders for the consular fees.
