e-Visa
ETA Visa (Short-Term Single Entry Visa)
A visa is required for travel to Sri Lanka.
The ETA Visa is valid for a single entry, and for a stay of up to 30 days.
To qualify for an ETA Visa to Sri Lanka, you must be traveling for the purpose of tourism or business.
In order to obtain a Sri Lanka ETA e-Visa, the following must be be scanned and emailed to us:
• A clear, color copy of the Passport bio page
• A clear color copy of Driver’s License
• One Passport Sized Photograph as a Jpeg attachment
The photo should be 2x2 against a white background
Photos with glasses are not acceptable
No reflections, shadows, or glares are accepted in the picture

• Copy of airline tickets or flight itinerary
• For Non - US Citizens: Copy of Green Card or proof of Legal Status in United States.

Regular Processing - 7 to 8 Business Days - $180.00
Rush Processing - 2 to 4 Business Days - $220.00
Sri Lanka Tourist Visa
Tourist Visa (Long Term / Multiple Entry)
• Visa Required
• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page.
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form

• 2 Passport sized photographs
• Copy of airline tickets or flight itinerary
• For Non - US Citizens: Copy of Green Card or proof of Legal Status in United States.
• Hotel reservation or invitation letter from host in Sri Lanka
• A letter from the applicant explaining the reason for a long term multiple entry visa
• Copy of bank statement showing adequate funds for duration of stay and return to the USA.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter.

Consular fees are only payable by Money Order (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf).

Rush Processing - 5 to 6 Business Days - $220.00
Please note that the processing time does not include the day the documents are received.
There is a charge of $20.00 to obtain money orders.
