Cambodia Notes
The Cambodia tourist or business visa is usually valid for a single entry for a stay of up to 30 days. The visa is valid for entry for three months from the date of issue
Cambodia Tourist Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your Passport, or you may also send a clear color copy of the bio page of your passport instead. Your passport must valid for six months beyond return date, and have at least one blank visa page (front and back).
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form (see below link)
• 2 Recent Passport Photograph
• Copy of airline reservation
• Copy of hotel reservation. If staying with friends or family an invitation letter from host, and copy of Vietnam ID or passport is required.
• For minors under the age of 18, a clear copy of the minor's birth certificate is required.
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter (see below link)

Cambodia Business Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your Passport, or you may also send a clear color copy of the bio page of your passport instead. Your passport must valid for six months beyond return date, and have at least one blank visa page (front and back)
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form (see below link)
• 2 Recent Passport Photographs
• A business letter of financial responsibility is required, to be written on company letterhead, and addressed to: "Embassy of Cambodia, Visa Section, Washington D.C." The letter must explain the purpose of travel and duties to be performed in Cambodia and guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Cambodia or letter of invitation from host company or organization in Cambodia. • An invitation letter from a registered company in Cambodia, the invitation letter should be accompanied by the certificate of incorporation of the Cambodian company
• Copy of airline reservation
• Copy of hotel reservation
