• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have one year remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page (front and back).
Please note: If your passport is new, recently renewed, or unused, then your previous expired passport also needs to be submitted. If your previous passport is lost or no longer available, then you must provide a signed and dated letter to the Chinese Consulate, Visa Section, explaining what happened to your previous passport. This rule applies to both US, and non US Passport holders.
• 1 Fully completed China online visa application form.

-Start your application by choosing the correct consulate jurisdiction (refer to jurisdiction under "Processing Instructions" list of consulates below)
-Print and save your Application ID Number. This needs to be sent / brought along with other requirements to our office.
-Complete the application entirely, and save, BUT DO NOT "SUBMIT", OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
-Print your application, and send / bring the completed and printed (but not submitted) application, the application ID number, as well as the additional requirements listed below. •A business letter of Invitation by the host company in China bearing the company stamp, stating purpose of your visit is required. The invitation, must include applicant's full name (as it appears in the passport), date of birth, passport number, and date of issue and expiration of passport.
• A business Letter from company in USA, stating the purpose of your visit (if available, not a requirement).
• For Non - US Citizens: original Green Card or proof of Legal Status in United States must be submitted.
